Husain Shafig Abdel Hamid Deeb stated that, On Tuesday, 6\1\2009, 3:30 p.m, I was with most of my family members in our house yard. We were sitting in peaceful familial setting and  my family members were setting with me. They were: my mother, Shama Salem Deeb, My brother Samir Shafig Deeb and his sons and daughters (Mohammad, Ziad, Fatima, Esam, Fadil, Ahlam, Mohammad's wife and, Amal) My brother Moein’s wife and her children (Alla Moein Deeb, Mohammad, Mustafa, Aseel and Nour) in addition to one of our neighbors called Mohanad Mohammad Qodas. We were all setting in a familial peaceful setting engaged in talking far from fighting areas and a way from any jeopardy. While we were talking and without any previous warning, or any notice or attention, an artillery bomb fell beside our house yard and immediately after two seconds another bomb fell in the mid of our familial setting. Meanwhile, I was shocked greatly and felt a very great pressure on all my body parts as a result of the massive explosion and the awful number of chippings which speeded around that place as well as the vision was completely disturbed because of the intensive smoke and its bad smell. Meanwhile, I stood up to search for my family members around me. I tried to rescue Esam, my brother samir's son, but I couldn't carry him because of my severe injury and even I couldn't move my left foot because of my severe bleeding, so I left Esam. When I turned my face to the other side I saw Nour, 4 years, my brother Moein's daughter was looking directly to me. I foregot that I am injured and bleeding, so I harried towards the main street in order to rescue her. One of my neighbors came to rescuse us and I told him to go quickly to the ambulance. Then I was carried by a private car to Kamal Edwan Hospital and I was given the first aid there then they transferred me to Al Shifa Hospital because of the huge numbers of myrters and causalities fell victims of the second targeting of Al Fakhora refugee school after a few seconds of targeting us. Thousands, of refugees who were living near the boarders and expelled by the Israeli occupation refuged to this school.

As soon as I get up after undergoing a successful surgery, I realized that all my family member whom I was setting with are dead now and even who is still alive suffers from dangerous injuries and the others have moderate injuries. This bombardment targeted me and my family in our home which is supposed to be safe and far away from any military clashes with the Israeli tanks which enters north of Gaza specially that is about away from the boarders.

The martyrs are: My mother. Shamma Salem Deeb, my brother, Mohammad Samir Deeb, his daughter, Fatima Samir Deeb, and his son, Esam Samir Deeb, my brother Moeein's wife, Amal mattar Deeb and her sons: Alla Moeein Deeb, Mohammad Moeein Deeb, Mostafa Moein Deeb, Aseel Moeein Deeb and Nour moein Deeb.

Also I was injured and my brother Zeyad's son, Samir Deeb and the martyrs Mohammad Samir Deeb's wife, Ahlam Fareed Deeb also our neighbor Mohammad Mosbah Qudas who was setting with us.

In addition, our home was severely damaged because of this bombardment and it consists of two floors. I live in the first floor with my mother Shamma and my brother Samir and his children live in the second floor whereas massive damage occurred to our house that’s in addition to the broken doors and windows. Our house is on the west of Al-Fakhora school in Jabalia camp in Gaza Strip.

1. Shamma Salem Deeb, 71 years.
2. Samir Shafig Deeb, 43 years.
3. Mohammed Samir Shafer Deeb, 24 years.
4. Fatima Samir Shafer Deeb, 21 years.
5. Essam Samir Shafer Deeb,13 years.
6. Amal Mattar Deeb,37 years.
7. Alaa Moein Shafer Deeb, 19 years.
8.  Muhammad  Moein Shafer Deeb,16 years.
9.  Shafer Mostafa Moin, but 13 years.
10.  Aseel Moein Shafer Deeb, 10 years.
11. Noor Moein Shafer Deep, 4 years.

 Name of injured:
1 - Hussein Shafer Deeb, 27 year, hit by shrapnel scattered all over his body.
2 - Ziad Samir Shafer Deeb,  23, has a serious injury which led to the amputation of the left and right feet, and sharpenel all over his body.
3 – Ahlam Fareid Deep,19 year, hit by shrapnel throughout her body and seriously injured in her feet.
4 –Fadil Samir Deeb,18, suffered from fear and panic.
5 - Muhannad Mohammed Qodas, 23 year, hit by shrapnel throughout his body.
