In the Anniversary of Signing Maccah Agreement
![]() A group of Palestinian non-governmental, non-factional, youth organization declared the establishment of the Palestinian Youth Coalition " One Palestine for all". This coalition includes Gaza Community Mental Health Programme(GCMHP), Al-Wedad Association for Community Rehabilitation, Sahrek Youth Forum, Palestinian Center for democracy and Conflict Resolution, and Life Makers Forum. The declaration coincided with the anniversary of signing the national agreement, "Maccah Convention". The coalition aims to raise the voice of youth and promote their role in all community and national efforts in a peaceful and civil way in order to achieve the Palestinian national unity. The ceremony started with a peaceful marches that were launched from four main streets in Gaza. During the march, signs and stickers calling for national unity were raised and distributed in public places. The crowds met at Al-Jondi Al-Majhol public square where Parts of the Palestinian Flag combined in a message conveyed to the Palestinians decision makers, urging them to urgently unite under one flag. The ceremony ended up with announcing the final statement delivered by Mr. Husam El-Nounou, GCMHP Public Relations Director. He asserted on the critical concerns resulted from continuation of separation situation that deepen the political and social division and threaten the whole nation. Further, the statement stressed on importance of Palestinian unity, the cornerstone to achieve our national goals through national reconciliation. The statement also called upon all political, national, and social streams to hold their ethical and national responsibilities in the necessity of reconciliation through public pressures. The Palestinian Youth Coalition also warns against the dangers of continuous wave of instigation of violence and hatred that become the prominent feature of the factional media that brings up our children on racism and thus, threatens the Palestinian social fabric. In addition, the coalition called to mark the 8th of February as a day for Palestinian national unity. At the end, the Palestinian Youth Coalition called on the Palestinian leadership represented in the leaders of factions, especially Hamas and Fateh movements, to start serious and comprehensive national dialogue to return unity to the Palestinian society and to disregard the trivial disputes for the sake of our supreme interests in order to achieve our rights in independence and return to our homeland, and establishing our state and its eternal capital Jerusalem.
