On April 2nd. The new group of the high diploma students in GCMHP has begun their study. This two- year programme is a post graduate study that GCMHP implement co- jointly with the Islamic University in Gaza and in coordination and cooperation with seven international universities from around the world. This diploma which consists 11 of graduates from Medicine, Psychology, Sociology, and Nursing aims to give students skills and knowledge in community mental health that will help them to better deal with their clients and constituencies.

The diploma consists of 12 modules, 6 of them are theoretical for one year, and the others are for one year practical training, which is carried out in GCMHP's community centers and other governmental and non- governmental organizations.

The training in the diploma is carried out by local and international trainers from the partner universities. Some of the partner universities also consider it as the theoretical part for the Masters degree in which students can get the degree after making a thesis on a mental health issue.
