The consortium of donors meeting was held in Gaza at Al-Quds International Hotel, with the attendance of the consortium of donors, represented by PGS-Sweden, SDC-Switzerland, the Netherlands Representative Office, and CFD- Switzerland. GCMHP was represented by Dr. Eyad El-Sarraj and a number of other administrative and professional staff.

In the meeting, a number of topics were discussed including; the narrative and financial reports of 2005. An update on the activities of GCMHP was also highlighted. At the end of the meeting, a number of recommendations were drafted for the year 2006 activities. Also, it was agreed that the next consortium meeting to take place from the period of 16-24 of September. Additionally, it was also agreed that due to the fact that the year 2007 is the end of the consortium period, a meeting in the spring has to be scheduled for a review of 2007. It was emphasized that a local and International team to be present at the meeting in order to work on integration of a plan for the next three years
