In coordination with Ministry of Education, GCMHP conducted the last workshop of the series of workshops on "behavioral problems among children".

The two day workshop lasted took place in Gaza International Hotel and targeted 30 social counselors of governmental schools aiming to provide participants with mental health skills.

At the workshop, Saada Kuhail, Social Counseling Department Director of the Ministry of Education, was hosted who expressed her gratitude of GCMHP's role and contribution in decreasing psychological problems among children and raising awareness about mental health issues.

Jasser Salah and Samir Zaqout, Psychologists at GCMHP, steered the workshop, and discussed behavioral problems types such as; theft, lying, bed-wetting, hyper-activity, discrimination among children, using of violence, deprivation, as well as the characteristics of adolescence period.

At the end, GCMHP professionals presented the attendants with case study on behavioral problem explaining how to diagnosis it and to deal with it.
